Bilona Cow Ghee
Description: This is a traditionally crafted clarified butter made from the milk of free-grazing, organically raised cows. Known for its golden color, smooth texture, and rich aroma, this ghee is made using the ancient bilona method that enhances its nutritional and medicinal properties.
Preparation Method:

- A small amount of curd is added to ferment the milk overnight.
